Dawn & Douglas offers FREE SHIPPING on all online orders over $100 before tax. A flat rate of $10 is charged for all orders under $100.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your items for any reason please reach out to us via email at
customercare@dawnanddouglas.ca and we'll make it right.
If your item is flawed we will refund or replace the item and if necessary pay for the return shipping.
You have 30 days from date of purchase if you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to the quality of the item. We will replace the item or issue a 100% refund but you will be responsible for any return shipping
